About

Therapeutic Approach

My approach can be described as holistic, person-centered, and mindful. I also draw upon my training in Adlerian, Existential, and intuitive theories. I believe the most amount of healing and self exploration is possible in a setting that promotes compassion, trust, and vulnerability. My ultimate goal is to hold therapeutic space that allows clients to feel safe and unconditionally accepted. Most importantly, my approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each person individually. If you are interested in a free consultation please call or email me.

Background and Education

My background includes working with both adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. My journey started after I graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After graduating, I worked in residential treatment with an adolescent population to manage chronic mental illness, substance abuse, family stress, developmental/cognitive issues, and/or common life transitions. I then moved to Chicago, IL where I received my Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology.

While in Chicago, I served as a counselor and art therapist to adults suffering from depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, substance abuse/dependency, and other chronic mental illnesses. To compliment my counseling work, I also became trained as a clairvoyant at Invision, a school for psychics. Upon my move back to Colorado, I completed clairvoyant training in Boulder, CO at Psychic Horizons.

I am currently living in Denver, CO where I now have my private practice. I run a weekly women’s art therapy group, in addition to providing individual counseling, art therapy, and intuitive counseling. I am living my passion!
